June marks the whitewater rafting trip with Sila. The kids love this trip. It’s usually very cold and a bit rainy but a lot of fun.

May was a busy month. We took a day trip to Rosalyn. It is a cute little town with cool outdoor space. We also took the kids birthday trip which was delayed due to the kids getting the flu. They loved Universal Studios and Harry Potter world! We also got to catch up with a few of our friends who live in the LA area.

G&Z celebrated their 9th birthday in March. Amy coached both of their basketball teams this year. It was a lot of work but also fun. Z went to Slovenia to visit his parents.

The Seattle Viaduct was torn down and replaced with an underground tunnel. After the final closure the city held a bike ride through the tunnel and on the Viaduct. We miss the beautiful views from the bridge but this is good for the waterfront.
There was a huge snow storm while Amy was in DC for work. Z and the kids were stuck home for the entire week. They don’t plow our street or those around us so it became a huge sledding party!
