Since we weren’t able to fly anywhere as a result of Covid, we decided to take a road trip for our vacation. We spent two weeks driving from Seattle-Glacier National Park-Yellowstone-Grand Teton. It was an amazingly beautiful trip. We got to see Elk, Moose, Sheep, Goats, Buffalo, lots of bears and even a few wolves!

In July two of Zara’s best friends moved so she had a fun day with them. We also walked on the beach for the lowest tide of the season. We even ate a few big crabs we found (they were ok if you like crabs). We had a great time camping at Deception Pass and the kids bravely climbed a very tall tree!

We were lucky enough to find super cheap flights to Bali for the week of mid-winter break. Covid had just broken out so we were a little worried about getting stuck in Indonesia or Singapore, where out flight transferred. We were able to see our friends Michelle and Sven and their sons on our short stopover in Signapore and lucily we were able to get home without any trouble!
